Weird Laws Around the World

Now I'm no judge on the following laws and how they preside but they are funny I'll give you that .

 The world just got a little more confusing. There are weird laws which exist all around the world and they make no sense…
One would think laws exist out of pure necessity to maintain peace and harmony. Think again, the most outlandish of laws exist in every single country and are even more oddly practiced!
The main question is: Who in their right mind passed these laws?

CHAD: It is against the law to take pictures in Chad unless you have obtained a permit.
KENYA: It is against the law to walk around with no money. MOROCCO: Killing mice is illegal, unless they are killed for consumption. EGYPT: It is illegal for men to belly dance. MADAGASCAR: It is illegal for pregnant women to wear hats. SWAZILAND: It is illegal for women to wear pants. CALIFORNIA: Animals are not allowed to mate in public. MILAN, ITALY: It is a legal requirement to smile at all times, except during funerals or hospital visits. Frowners could face a hefty fine. ENGLAND: It is illegal to die in the Houses of Parliament SWITZERLAND: Flushing the loo after 10pm in an apartment building is illegal, it is considered noise pollution.
