Slain rapper XXXTentacion drafted a will just months before his death, declares no children and everything goes to his family

It has been revealed that XXXTentacion left behind a will, which he had signed at the end of 2017, before he was murdered last week.

According to the will filed with the court, XXX left all of his property in trust, with his mom as trustee. She filed docs saying the beneficiaries in the trust are her and XXX's 2 brothers. The will states XXX has no children. 

Last week, his mother Cleopatra Bernard revealed his girlfriend is currently pregnant for him, which means the will was drafted before she became pregnant as it was signed in November 2017.

According to the death certificate, obtained by TMZ, XXXTentacion whose real was Jahseh Onfroy died in the hospital and was later entombed.
